building through a big gate where there is a
janitor`s quarters, a depot and two store
rooms. The large stair, in lava stone, has a

from one of the living rooms, from an
entrance hall, from the dinner room and
kitchen, through an outdoor hallway. On both
sides, left and right as opposed to the main
stair, some steps lead to two inner gates of
the house, in front of which there are two
mullioned windows. The building is equipped
with an utility room that can be entered by
the kitchen, two bathrooms and an attic made
of two rooms, one of them is big enough. The
palace, even if it has decent condition, it
needs some restoration and renovation works.
